While close to a number of stores and a short drive to downtown Boulder, it felt secluded and private given the large outdoor space and multiple seating areas. The house is stunning - airy, updated, beautifully furnished and immaculate - and it's clear that a lot of thought was given to furnishing and decorating, with so many fun and creative touches. "This house surpassed our expectations. We were a group of friends meeting for a reunion and we loved the many communal spaces to hang out in (both inside and out) The musical instruments were an extra touch that added to our visit, as well as the joyful, thoughtful touches, and the fully outfitted kitchen.

The home was absolutely beautiful (even better in person) and located on a quiet street. Easily accessible to the town but also nestled away a bit.
If you are a lover of art and music this is definitely the place for you! We loved to see the beautiful piano and other various instruments.
Although the home is not baby proof (we knew this going into it) Morgan was so kind to take it upon herself to offer some items that help with littles. This was a BIG help for us! We are so grateful!
