At Rendezvous at Altitude, we believe exceptional property management should feel personal. Our company was founded on the idea that luxury short-term rental management can combine professional expertise, thoughtful hospitality, and genuine care for every property and guest experience.
We’re a family of six — four humans and two adventurous pups — based in beautiful Boulder, Colorado. As a husband-and-wife team, we built Rendezvous at Altitude to reflect the values we bring to our own home: attention to detail, pride of ownership, and a commitment to creating memorable experiences.

Morgan Scott – Chief Operating Officer
Morgan brings more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, giving our company a strong operational foundation. From pricing strategy and financial performance to meticulous operational systems, Morgan ensures every property we manage runs efficiently and profitably while maintaining the highest hospitality standards.
Alex Scott – Chief Technical Officer & Sales Specialist
With over 20 years of experience in sales management, Alex specializes in the technology and marketing strategies that help properties stand out in competitive vacation rental markets. From listing optimization and digital marketing to guest acquisition and revenue growth, Alex ensures each property reaches its full potential.
Why We Started Rendezvous at Altitude
After years of traveling and staying in short-term rentals ourselves, we noticed a clear gap in the industry. Many companies focused heavily on either property management logistics or guest hospitality, but rarely both.
We knew there was a better way.
By combining Morgan’s financial expertise and operational precision with Alex’s sales, marketing, and technology experience, we created a company built to deliver both professional management and highly personalized service.
Our goal is simple:
treat every property like it’s our own and every guest like they’re arriving at a home curated just for them.
Our Colorado Roots
Living in Boulder gives us daily access to the outdoor lifestyle that makes Colorado such an incredible destination. When we’re not caring for our properties or welcoming guests, you’ll likely find our family exploring the mountains.
We’re passionate about hiking, biking, running, rock climbing, and swimming, and we love sharing recommendations for the best local adventures with our guests.
Our two daughters, ages 7 and 8, are already enthusiastic explorers who enjoy discovering new trails and mountain towns across Colorado.
And of course, no family outing would be complete without our two dogs, Baja and Zermatt, who join us on nearly every adventure. When they’re not chasing the occasional wildlife sighting on the trail, they’re perfectly content spending the afternoon doing what they do best—napping the day away.
