Welcome to our secluded sanctuary located in the heart of North Boulder, just 8 minutes from
Downtown's Pearl Street Mall. Walk or ride your bike right from your front door to explore all that
Boulder has to offer! This is the perfect home to enjoy with family and friends (pet friendly too), or as a quiet getaway. There are many artist’s touches, musical instruments to enjoy, and private spaces –indoors and out.

The main floor invites you into an open concept kitchen with high end appliances alongside the
dining room and solarium to relax and gather. There is a seamless connection to the cozy living
room and the music room, which offers a piano, guitars, and other instruments. One of the hidden gems of this home is the 5th bedroom located in the 3-season screened outdoor sunroom. Enjoy the benefits of open air sleeping while glamping in the luxurious queen bed in what is arguably the best room in the entire home!

Journey upstairs to the second story, via either of the 2 staircases, to discover a sunny primary
bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom with separate shower and tub. Down the hall, a
second bedroom awaits with a queen bed and private bathroom featuring a shower. Curl up with a good book and enjoy the natural light that the corner window seat offers in this bedroom. Make your way into the loft for some sun-drenched yoga, take a moment to meditate, or get your endorphins flowing with the provided rower and workout area. Find the 3rd bedroom located upstairs with a full bed, a workspace, and another private bathroom with shower. The laundry room rounds out the second floor of this home. (Note: every one of the indoor bedrooms in this home has its own private bathroom!)

Retreat all the way downstairs to the Garden Suite. This is a secluded space, with its own living
room - great for game play, enjoying a movie, or evening conversation. Follow the hallway to the
spacious 4th bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom with full shower.

The indoor living of this home thoughtfully integrates with numerous outdoor spaces, each perfect for your varying mood or the time of day. The property boasts mature trees on a private and secluded ¾ acre property. Start your morning off right with some coffee and a stroll through our small aspen grove featuring a sculpture garden and water features. Enjoy a golden hour soak in the hot tub after a fun day hiking the Flatirons. Play a game of Badminton in the spacious backyard. Don’t miss out on a photo-op in front of the retro trailer and string lighting. Relax with a book, take a moment to meditate or sip a glass of wine at any one of the many seating areas outside. Our outdoor space is the perfect place to gather and soak in the stars.

When it comes to location, ours is pretty hard to beat! Situated in the sought-after North Boulder
neighborhood, there is a plethora of biking and walking trails right out your front door. You're mere minutes away from Wonderland Lake open spaces waiting to be explored and just a short 8-min drive to downtown Pearl Street Mall. Nearby Foothill Community Park offers a 2 acre dog park and there are numerous trail systems to enjoy with your pup! CU campus and the Chautauqua trail system are also just to the south of us.
